Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow Developer / Integration Hub / CSM Developer. As a ServiceNow Developer / Integration Hub / CSM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, creating workflows, and integrating ServiceNow with other systems.

Qualifications5+ year of strong experience in ServiceNow development, specifically in areas of Integration Hub and Customer Service Management (CSM)Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide APIsExperience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service CatalogKnowledge of ITIL processes and best practicesExperience with ServiceNow workflows, creating custom applications, and implementing ServiceNow integrationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environmentServiceNow certifications are a plus
