Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Full Stack Java Developers to join our dynamic team. As part of a Scrum team, you will collaborate directly with the Product Owner to deliver high-quality features for our product. The ideal candidates will be proficient in Java development, possess strong UI skills, and have expertise in backend development, particularly with MongoDB. Key Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum team to understand high-level requirements and key indicators for the product.

 Analyze, design, and deliver features independently, demonstrating self-sufficiency in the development process.

 Utilize your expertise in Java development to contribute to both the frontend and backend components of the product.

 Develop and maintain user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing.

 Implement robust backend functionality, including database management using MongoDB.

 Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and stability of the product.

 Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software development to continuously improve our processes and products.

 We may have 2-3 weeks travel for the team to Letterkenny to understand product, KT and then continue from offshore Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Java Developer.

 Proficiency in Java programming language and frameworks.

 Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
