Senior Backend Developer

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our Trust and Safety department, your contributions will be crucial in driving Pure’s vision for safe and secure dating experiences. You will tackle unique challenges, develop and enhance features critical to user safety and privacy, and work with the latest in technology to have a significant impact on our community. This role is not just about writing code—it’s about making a difference, ensuring that every interaction on our platform is secure and respectful.

What are we looking for?

5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.Strong knowledge of Python.Knowledge of Django and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.Experience in writing Restful applications and using the Django REST FrameworkExperience with SQLAlchemy and AlembicExperience with Celery or Dramatiq.Working knowledge of Docker.Experience with testing.
