DTA Developer | Tinker AFB, OK

This is a fully remote position requiring occasional onsite visits to Tinker AFB. People local to Tinker AFB are preferred but locality is not required.

Teksouth is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Desktop Analytics Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for integrating and automating multiple sources of Accounting and Financial data for United States Air Force organizations using the Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Pivot Tables, Power BI).

ResponsibilitiesIntegrate and automate multiple sources of Accounting and Financial data for the United States Air Force organizations using the Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Identify possible data sources to integrate using current and past legacy systems.Convert all data sources to interface/link with Microsoft Access and/or Excel.Integrate all data sources into one or multiple tables in a customized analytical format using MS AccessLink MS Access data sources to MS Excel Pivot Tables for multiple users.Create ad-hoc and canned reports.Create advanced charts in Excel.Develop VBA code in MS Office to automate data collection and integration processes.Lead/Conduct training classes on integrations/reporting tools.Develop applications utilizing Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePointCollaborate with the customer in translating user stories and requirements into functional code.Participate in meetings, task groups, teams, reviews, and other environments to assist in collaborative solutions.Engage with stakeholders on prototyping to demonstrate the art of the possible and find creative solutions for complex business use cases.*Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent technical training and on-the-job experienceMust have an active Secret security clearance.Air Force/DoD Financial Management experience. Specifically familiar with various financial management databases and processes: Oracle Federal Financials, GAFS, BQ, CRIS, DEAMSMust be an Expert in MS Access and MS Excel, e.g. knowledgeable on how to link data between Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Must have a basic understanding of Visual Basic for ApplicationsMust have a basic understanding of SQL.Must be proficient in other Microsoft Office applications - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePointPowerShell or C# knowledgePast experience with AF Finance and Acquisitions.Experience with DIFMSPossess a customer-centric attitude with excellent communication skills, strong personal integrity, and teamwork abilities.
