Role: Power Platform Developer. Location: RemoteTime: Full-time Power Platform DeveloperThis person is responsible for developing, testing, documenting, and supporting solutions across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automation, Power Pages and Power BI) and Azure. They should have a working knowledge of database design and data modelling terms, concepts and practices. The developer should interface with business users, project manager, and architects to ensure that implemented solutions satisfy business requirements and are delivered in a timely manner. Primary ResponsibilitiesPower Platform Technologies support and developmentTranslate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Microsoft Power PlatformsDevelop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging Microsoft Power PlatformsBuild, deploy and support Microsoft Power Platform custom applications.Developing Windows application, office add-ins and workflow using Power Automate, .NET, COM and Office jsDesign end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.Responsible for estimating work content and achieving planned timelines.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Multi-task effectively between projects.Proficient working in Agile project methodologies.Adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality.Interpret and design database models (MYSQL, SQL Server, etc.)Implement change into Production environment.Design, build and document the solution.Support SharePoint CI/CD Pipelines Qualifications2+ years of experience with developing Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps and Power Automate) and AzureExtensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform MS PowerApps, Flow, and Power BIStrong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystemExperience in PowerApps, Power BI, SharePointBachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field of study, OR equivalent work experience.Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred SkillsExperience with development in SharePoint Online using the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Forms, and Power AppsExperience with supporting SharePoint migrations to Microsoft 365Experience in SSOM, JSOM, CSOM, REST API, Master Pages, Layouts, Visual Web Part, PowerShell, and SharePoint FrameworkMicrosoft Power Platform certification
