We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM)/Software Asset Management (SAM) Developer to join our esteemed ServiceNow implementation team, dedicated to supporting US customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are adept at navigating dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional value in alignment with our customers’ mission-critical objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ServiceNow HAM/SAM solutions in alignment with client needs.Collaborate with functional teams, lead technical solution design sessions, and contribute to process improvement and documentation.Design, code, and troubleshoot applications within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HAM and SAM modules.Manage the platform and infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of IT Asset Management processes.Provide advanced support for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on IT Asset Management.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and other relevant technologies.In-depth knowledge of IT Asset Management processes and best practices.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer certifications preferred.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ITIL v3 or v4 Certification preferred.Must be available to work from 8AM CST to 5PM CST.
