Job Title: Mainframe DeveloperExperience: 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project objectives.Design and develop mainframe applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.Modify and enhance existing mainframe systems to meet evolving business needs.Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and integrity.Implement best practices for mainframe development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed.Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in mainframe development to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.6+ years of experience in mainframe development with expertise in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.Proficiency in mainframe development tools and utilities such as CICS, IMS, and TSO/ISPF.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
