Responsibilities

Build a highly available mobile app for iOS and AndroidInfluence the roadmap and tech stacks for future mobile apps/flows in the company using native or cross-platform or a combination.Build and maintain a robust mobile development platform that works with GraphQL and Restful APIsMaintain a high level of quality in our code bases through well-written automated tests and good architecture and code review practicesWork with teams to design and implement new user-facing featuresWork with a team of passionate, smart, and ambitious engineers who are working on building large scale systems.Learn from and help shape our company's engineering cultureTake ownership, champion best practices, and help grow one of the strongest engineering teamsDesign and build advanced applications/infrastructure for web, android and iOS platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while maintaining existing featuresWork with outside data sources, APIs, hardware device integrationUnit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliabilityWork on bug fixing and improving application performanceContinuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements

Experience developing and deploying an app to the Apple App Store and Google Play App Store 2+ years of professional Mobile App development experience 2+ years of experience programming with the Swift Language on iOS and Kotlin Language on Android or JavaScript on React-Native (IOS/Android) 2+ years of experience working in Agile-Scrum environment Experience creating User Interfaces with SwiftUI and/or UIKit on iOS and Jetpack Compose on AndroidHands-on with code, ability to build frameworks and lead by example.Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals such as algorithms, OO design, and distributed systems architectureExperience in working with Responsive/Reactive Frameworks i.e. RxSwift, Combine, etcExperience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.Experience using Figma and Jira toolExperience with IoT engineering Familiarity with RESTful APIs and other API's to connect iOS and Andriod applications to back-end servicesAbility to work with RESTfu, other API's or GraphQL servicesBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field experience
