Job Description :Key Responsibilities:1. Design and implement systems architecture for high concurrency and high availability.2. Participate in the complete software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.3. Lead back-end development in Go, ensuring code performance, quality, and scalability.4. Improve existing systems to enhance stability and performance.5. Engage in large project discussions, providing technical solutions.6. Collaborate with team members on various aspects of projects like database design, API development, and more.7. Stay up-to-date with new technologies, tools, and frameworks in the Go ecosystem and drive internal technological innovation.

Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.2. Over 5 years of development experience with Go, with a strong background in back-end development.3. Expertise in multithreading and network programming with experience in designing and developing high-concurrency systems.4. Familiarity with Go frameworks such as Gin, Beego, Echo; good knowledge of design patterns.5. Experience successfully deploying and maintaining large-scale projects in production environments.6. Experience with microservices architecture and container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes.7. Proficiency in database technologies including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.8. Practice in Agile development, CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment).9. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure.10. Good English communication skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).

Nice-to-haves:1. In-depth understanding and experience with distributed systems.2. Contributions to or maintenance of open-source projects.3. Background in the finance, e-commerce, or related industries.
