Job Title: Dynamics 365 DeveloperOverview:The Dynamics 365 Developer is tasked with developing and implementing custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment for both CRM and ERP systems. This role involves using advanced coding and integration skills to enhance system functionality and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into robust solutions across various Dynamics 365 applications.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and integrations for Dynamics 365 applications, including both CRM and ERP systems.Implement customizations using JavaScript, C#, .NET, or other compatible programming languages.Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business needs and user requirements across CRM and ERP platforms.Test and deploy solutions within Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring stability and performance.Utilize Azure DevOps for source control, build, and release management.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.Document code changes and development processes for future reference and compliance.Stay updated on the latest development tools and practices within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including both CRM and ERP updates.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer in CRM, ERP, or similar roles.Strong programming skills in JavaScript, C#, and .NET.Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and data integration tools.Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Required Certifications:MB-400: Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 DeveloperPL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer AssociateMB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer

Preferred Skills:Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI).Experience in Agile development methodologies.Knowledge of API development and management.
