Lead iOS Developer

We are looking for skilled and experienced native Lead iOS Developer to work on a challenging, exciting, B2C project alongside our digital solutions outsourcing team. With this Lead Engineering role, we need someone who can come onboard in quick time and bring good technical experience. You will lead 1-2 projects considering Architecture, planning work, identifying roadblock, bring in new ideas for improvement.

ResponsibilitiesBuild state of the art mobile apps that compete and make use of the newest & most efficient technologies on the market (client and server-side).Develop high-quality IOS interfaces using the latest Swift version and new frameworks as SwiftUI and Combine.Able to communicate consistently & efficiently with colleaguesAbility to make the right technological & architectural choices (tools, techniques, etc.) for specific challenges.Experience in continuous integration / TDD developmentBe part of the team that provides inHouse iOS apps used by hundreds of employees.Work with Scrum and Agile frameworks to deliver high-quality products.

Required Qualifications3+ years of team leading experience.5+ years experience in iOS development in developing native mobile apps.6+ years overall experience with mobile development.Eye for details and great observational skills.Interest & curiosity towards new technologies.Aware of current tech trends/framework/technics accompanied by a pragmatic approach towards them.Ability to build and consume IOS apps and related programming languages, including Swift and Objective C.Ability to take advantage of opportunities enabled by new technologies & trends.Knowledge of when to develop reusable tools in order to increase long-term productivity.Experience with security concepts and how to apply them to an iOS application.Knowledge about different solutions to manage concurrency.Knowledge in how to use background modes to execute jobs efficiently.Advanced knowledge of Swift language.Fluent English skills.Accustomed to working directly with the Client.

Strongly PreferredPrevious experience working on projects using different solutions to manage concurrency.Knowledge in how to use background modes to execute jobs efficiently.Experience working with Agile Scrum.Experience with Git and Pull requests process.
