Skills Required: - Synon / RPG / RPGLE/SQL

Job description-Experience with Synon development tools and concepts.Proficiency in RPGLE programming language, including experience with coding, debugging, and testing.Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and database design principles.Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
