What you’ll do:
You'll provide implementation, configuration, and day-to-day support of ServiceNowYou'll lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM Pro, starting with an MVP focused on Incident ManagementYou'll develop and configure ServiceNow services and solutions in line with ITIL best practice.You'll ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with existing systems and automate workflows to improve service desk operations using REST/SOAP APIsYou'll develop custom scripts and orchestrate workflows that automate processes and enhance productivity across departmentsYou'll define and implement processes, policies, SLAs, and escalation procedures to improve response times and customer supportYou'll manage the ServiceNow instance, ensuring system health with regular updates, patches, and configuration changesYou'll work closely with internal teams, including IT support and service desk personnel, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that enhance user experiencesYou'll perform thorough testing and validation of ServiceNow functionality to ensure robust, reliable performanceYou'll create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions and conduct training sessions to enable users to effectively utilize the new systemYou'll participate in agile development cycles, contributing to continuous improvement and iteration of the ServiceNow platformYou'll contribute to the strategic planning of ServiceNow enhancements, aligning developments with the broader IT strategyYou’ll train colleagues in effective use of ServiceNow
What you’ll need to succeed:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust T4 ClearanceBachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related fieldCertification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist and/or Certified Application Developer3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including custom application creation and module customizationProficiency in JavaScript and other scripting languages within the ServiceNow platformExperience in leading projects and guiding teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to address challenges proactively.
