Python Senior Developer

Our customer takes the leading position in advanced data analytics and engineering expertise. We are seeking an Strong Pythong Engineer with good understanding advanced Python knowledge for one of the projects that pertains to the data science area. Customer is experienced at analytical projects that are based on modern Machine Learning and Data Engineering approaches targeted on the worldwide leaders in different areas. The goal of the project is implementation of a unified project creation and management solution to provide an extended way to initiate project with ability to choose integrated services and internally developed toolings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical designing of content* Research and evaluate technical options to implement business requirements* Perform implementation, review and debugging of new content* Deliver high quality content* Provide profiling and optimisation of bottlenecks* Analyze and estimate implementation efforts* Report to supervisor about ongoing tasks status, technical and other risks* Provide support to QA and other teams

Requirements (required)

• 5+ years of experience in developing software at scale* 3+ years of Python commercial development experience* Good understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)* Strong knowledge of advanced Python areas* Unit testing experience* Experience with debugging, profiling and optimisation* Think at scale, and with high availability* Can work with cross-team members on large and complex projects* Can breakdown a complex situation and come up with an elegant * solution* Sufficient English level for communication (verbal & written)* Fast research and learning skills

Requirements (optional)

• Experience with CI/CD and related tools like CircleCI * Knowledge of javaScript
