Responsibilities:Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and challenges, gathering requirements.Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance Appian based solutions based on prioritized stakeholder requirements ensuring the highest quality and performance.The work is primarily in the development area; however, you will be required to perform Appian Installation, administration activities like environment management, new environment creation, Appian upgrades, deployments and related activities.Utilize latest Appian features to automate end-to-end processes in a modern way.Lead various aspects of solution delivery in partnership with internal teams and external partners.Proactively work with team members and independently to assess and explore new technologies, conduct proof of concepts to test these and share with wider team within the Appian Practice.Proactively identify and communicate options and solution recommendations to business and IT leaders with benefits and drawbacks.Guide teams to build solutions according to industry standards, specifications and best practices.Take initiative to identify and communicate issues, risks, and progress to both business and IT stakeholders, presenting available options and recommend next steps.Handle multiple responsibilities across different projects aspects simultaneously.Foster innovation in solution creation.Assist in setting up Appian systems Installations as needed.Collaborate with application support teams throughout the development, deployment, and support phases.Continuously learn and seek opportunities to enhance technical skills and expand the business knowledge in Appian and Luxoft Automation Practice.Assist in talent selection and hiring activities when needed.

Mandatory Skills Description:6+ years of software development experience using Appian BPM platformKnowledge on in-memory KDBs & engine sizingAbility to work using CICD Technologies such as XLR, SonarCube, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub.Must have recent working experience on App Servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, etc. & Web Servers like Apache, etc.Recent work experience in Appian administration activities like new environment creation, environment management, Appian upgrades and related activities. Should be well aware and recent experience of server installation, maintenance, deployments, etc.Solid SQL knowledgeAppian Certified Senior DeveloperShould have done multiple integrations with external systemsExperience working with JSON & RESTful APIHighly analytical with good problem solving skills and creativity;Able to work independent in a fast-paced environmentPositive individual with strong communication skills;Able to interface well with users and other development teams

Nice-to-Have Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.Experience in Banking/Financial industry is preferred
