Job Summary :

We are looking for a strong technocrat as Senior ERPNext Developer / ERP Developer, who will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, implementing, customizing and integrating ERP business applications with other systems, and providing ongoing support and future enrichments of those solutions to support business processes and functions. You'll be required to apply your depth of programming knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle, and propose the best technical solution by understanding business requirements from a techno-functional aspect.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Analyze and clarify functional specifications, write technical specifications, design technical structure of the solution, and implement business logicCarrying out development activities for ERP Customisations, Code Migration, Data Migration & Import, Generating BI Reports, Output Documents, ERP Functional Test/User Acceptance Test, Automation Test & Unit TestWork closely or in coordination with ERP Technical Lead as needed to plan, scope, design, develop, test, implement, support, and enhance ERP Business applications and it's features/solutionsUnderstanding the requirements and participating in project planning by giving an estimation of the work to ERP Technical LeadApplication development using cutting-edge frameworks, libraries & components along with the latest cloud computing technologiesBug fixing, performance optimization, deployment, production support, and code reviewBe part of Sprint meetings to discuss project development progress/challenges/scope etc and also assist the ERP Technical Lead for preparing the Sprint reportMake sure to follow the prescribed coding and development best practices to give high-quality output as per the requirementAdherence to the latest development methods like continuous deployment & integrationDocuments and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, algorithms, data-flow diagrams, layouts, user-flow diagrams, charts, code comments, and keeping code clear and optimized

Qualifications & Skills :

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in developing ERP applications from the ground up.Experience implementing organizational processes using ERPNext platform and Frappe frameworkExperience on any ERP Solutions - ERPNext, SAP, Odoo, Dynamics 365, Oracle etcAble to understand the complex business process and manage the project and good functional understanding of Finance, Accounting, Purchase, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management and similar enterprise process flows.Must have experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologiesProficiency in multiple modern programming languages i.e. Python or other famous scripting languagesMust be a self-starter & be able to work with minimum supervisionHands-on experience in Linux/Unix development environments is a mustExcellent knowledge of version control systems like GIT, Bitbucket, etc including branching and mergingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsSound judgment and independent decision-making regarding the viability of ERP solutions and abstract conceptsExperience in writing SQL queries for MYSQL/SQL Server/PostgreSQL or another Relational DatabaseExcellent written and verbal communication skills either in English/Hindi or Both.Good interpersonal communication skills are needed in order to work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams to meet development timelines

Good to Have

Experience with one or more ERPNext Modules like Human Resources, CRM, Buying, Selling, Asset Management, Stock, Buying, Accounting, and Project.Experience in Python programming with frameworks such as Django, Flask etc. with MySQL and/or MariaDB databasesWorking experience with various CI/CD systems (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) and build tools (ant, maven, gradle, etc.).Knowledge of public cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
