Front End Developer UX/UI React

Responsibilities

Drive the architectural decisions for front-end development, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of the applications.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.Define best practices, coding standards, and processes to optimize front-end development workflows.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain code quality.Take ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance product features.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React JS.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.Deep understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns, and best practices.Experience with state management libraries/tools such as Redux or Context API in React.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

Experience with responsive and mobile-first web development.Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools.Knowledge of backend technologies and RESTful APIs.Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, etc.) and test-driven development.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and code branching strategies.
