We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) to become part of our Seller Center – Addon Team onsite in Hamburg or remotely within the EU!

With SCAYLE, we offer our in-house developed eCommerce infrastructure as a licensed product for online retailers who want to grow quickly and innovatively. SCAYLE was launched as the first API solution for online retailers who want to scale their stores with ABOUT YOU’s proven infrastructure.

What you will do

Design and deploy innovative features for the Sellers Center to enhance the online retail experienceCollaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow engineers to brainstorm and create effective solutionsUtilize the SCAYLE platform to manage product and order information efficientlyEnhance application performance through strategic SQL Query optimizationsEngage in code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality and foster ongoing improvementOffer technical support, and troubleshooting issues to ensure consistent service for usersExplore AI-supported features to streamline workflow processes

Who you are

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Full Stack EngineerExperience with Django 5. X, Tailwind, HTMX, or other lightweight JS frameworks (or motivation to learn them)Experience in working with Postgresql, Redis, or equivalent data storagePassionate about writing well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code, actively keeping the quality of the code base in checkUsed to work in an English-speaking environment

Nice to have

Excellent coding skills with PythonExtensive Django KnowledgeKnowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)Contributions to open-source projectsExperience with pioneering Greenfield projects or in startup settings, adept at swiftly adapting products to find the perfect market fit
