We are looking for a Lead Go Developer to join our remote team.

You will be responsible for owning and driving the development of high-quality software solutions using Go. You will lead a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle. Our ideal candidate is someone who is motivated to learn new technologies, enjoys collaborating with others, and has a passion for creating innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers in the development of high-quality software solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions that meet business objectivesDevelop and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions using GoWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented codeParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standardsContribute to the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deploymentContinuously learn and share knowledge with the team

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Go developmentA minimum of 7 years of overall development experienceExperience with GraphQL and TypeScriptAbility to learn new languages and technologies quicklyExperience with production appsStrong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on ownership and accountabilityProficient in spoken and written English, with an upper-intermediate level for effective communication with team members and stakeholders

Nice to have

Experience with Python or a willingness to learn
