Job Description Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing HubSpot solutions to meet the unique needs and objectives of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop strategies, and deliver high-quality HubSpot solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HubSpot platform customization, integration, and optimization, along with strong technical and analytical skills.
Responsibilities: HubSpot Solution Design:• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand business requirements and design customized HubSpot solutions using the HubSpot CMS, including templates and modules.• Develop HubSpot API-based solutions for advanced customization and seamless integration with external systems.Technical Implementation:• Design and Build of HubSpot solutions, including setting up custom objects, managing HubDB, and implementing advanced workflows and automation processes.• Configure and customize HubSpot platform features using HubL and other scripting languages.• Execute data migration strategies, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition to HubSpot.Contact Management:• Configure contact properties and segmentation criteria to effectively organize and categorize contacts• Implement lead scoring mechanisms based on user interactions and engagement levels• Set up automated contact lifecycle stages to streamline lead nurturing and sales processes.Marketing Automation:• Design and implement email marketing campaigns utilizing HubSpot's drag-and-drop email builder and personalization features• Configure and optimize marketing automation workflows to automate repetitive tasks, lead nurturing, and engagement processes,• Implement A/B testing for emails and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.Lead Generation Forms:• Customize and configure lead generation forms for website pages, ensuring seamless integration with HubSpot's CRM system• Implement progressive profiling techniques to collect additional information from leads over time• Utilize smart forms and conditional logic to enhance user experience and capture relevant data.Landing Pages and Website Development:• Customize and optimize HubSpot CMS templates for landing pages and website pages.• Configure SEO settings and meta tags for improved search engine visibility.• Implement responsive design principles to ensure a consistent user experience across devices.Analytics and Reporting:• Configure custom dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign success metrics.• Utilize HubSpot's analytics tools to gain insights into user behavior, engagement, and conversion paths.• Implement event tracking and goal setup to measure specific user interactions and conversions.Integration Setup:• Configure out-of-the-box integrations with third-party tools and services, such as Salesforce, Chili Piper, Insycle, Email Providers, and social media platforms.• Implement HubSpot Connect integrations to synchronize data seamlessly between HubSpot and other business systems.Security and Compliance:• Configure user permissions and access controls to ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations.
Qualifications: • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.• Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and customer relationship management concepts.• Proficiency in HubSpot platform functionalities, including but not limited to workflows, lead scoring, email marketing, landing pages, and analytics.• Experience with HubSpot API, webhooks, and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot Connect) for seamless data exchange between HubSpot and other systems.• Proven track record of successfully delivering HubSpot projects on time and within budget, while exceeding client expectations.• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and identify areas for optimization and improvement.• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Solutions Architect, HubSpot Implementation Specialist) preferred.
