We are currently hiring a Freelance WordPress Developer to work remotely. The potential candidate will be able to commit to at least 20 hours per week, respect to deadlines, promptly address queries, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Designing and developing custom WordPress themes from scratch or customizing existing themes according to client requirements

• Convert static HTML layouts into dynamic WordPress themes, incorporating PHP template tags and WordPress functions as needed

• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing experiences across various devices.

• Implementing security measures

• Manage WordPress databases, including creating, updating, and optimizing database tables

• Optimize website performance by implementing caching mechanisms, browser caching, and CDN integration.

• Integrate third-party services and APIs into WordPress websites using the WordPress REST API.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Experience in developing custom WordPress themes from scratch.

• Experience with PHP.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery best practices for front-end development.

• Experience in MySQL database management or other databases, preferably MySQL.

• Deep knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and APIs.

• Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues within WordPress websites using debugging tools and - techniques.

• Skills in performance optimization techniques such as caching, lazy loading, and image optimization.

• Good English skills.

• Communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts effectively.
