OVERVIEW:Hey, I'm Will — Rumor has it I'm Colorado's #1 Most Bald-est 👨‍🦲 Tech Recruiter, and I'm excited to be representing yet another well established, but growing startup that is eager to hire a REMOTE (US) Senior ML / Python Developer to run point on a owning an established, but growing Machine Learning / AI Algorithm.

If hired, you would be the teams SME on "Machine Learning / Python", and YOU will be critical in helping clear out a ML / Python related backlog. After the ~9 month backlog is clear, you will help them grow out many new greenfield projects that are set to keep this company on the bleeding edge of their field, particularly as it relates to Machine Learning.

SALARY: This role is budgeted for 120k-170k salary (Depending on experience)

TECH STACK: This role requires deep experience with both Python API's and Machine Learning. 80% - 90% of your will be spent in and around Python and ML. You would also spend time working with AWS, Deep learning (e.g. TensorFlow, Torch), AWS, and LLMs (though past LMM experience is not required) They generally are looking for folks who specialize in Python and ML, but as a "nice to have" and NOT required would be well rounded application development in your past experience to interface with their core product teams (Go / Ruby / React / Typescript).

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU:In their search for an Senior ML / Python Developer, they are looking for someone who has STRONG chops with both Python and ML, but who is flexible enough that they can work cross functionally with their other teams: More specifically, they are looking for individuals who:

Can hit the ground running with Python API developmentHave a strong aptitude for the modern ML, AI, and Data Science principlesKnow how to manage and grow ML delivery APIs (as well as support of new Machine Learning model development)Have experience with deep learning frameworks (like TensorFlow, Torch)Are comfortable working with AWS (i.e. RDS, S3, Lambda, SNS, or SQS), as well as containerization (e.g. Docker), and CI / CD tools, and REST & gRPC APIsBONUS: Some past experience with other backend technologies (like Go or Ruby) and/or some front end technologies (like TypeScript or React)
