Job Title: Senior AEM DeveloperLocation: Hybrid/RemoteFulltime

Job Description:We are seeking a Senior AEM Developer with a minimum of 10+ years of experience specifically in Core AEM projects. The ideal candidate should possess a total of 8+ years of overall experience in software development, with a strong foundation in Java programming.Key Responsibilities:Hands-on experience with workflows, Sling servlets, REST, JSON, and Lucene indexing is essential.Exposure to Coral / Granite UI, Adobe UI customization is necessary.In-depth understanding of AEM's security features, including Access Controls.Expertise in extending AEM's core functionalities such as Launches.Proficiency in AEM 6.4 or newer versions.Working experience with Sightly / Sling models.Strong understanding of core AEM components such as Oak, Sling, and Dispatcher.Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution using tools like Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium, or Maven.Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables.Work closely with other teams such as QA, UX, etc.Exceptional documentation skills and the ability to explain core technical processes effectively.Experience with other CMS platforms and a solid understanding of the DXP area is a plus.Prior experience in similar roles is highly desirable.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Proven track record of successful AEM project implementations.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
