Senior ServiceNow Developer

The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the following:

• Enable, configure and support ServiceNow ITSM Pro modules – Incident Management, Problem Mgt, Change & Release Mgt, Request Mgt, Service Operations Workspace, SLM, etc.• Develop applications (scoped and out of the box), configure notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, formatters, Workflow, Business rules, etc.• Configure integrations with various ServiceNow integration methods, such as web services, REST, SOAP, Data Sources, LDAP servers, and import set.• Actively participate in agile daily scrums, updating stories daily, documenting development progress and collaborating with project team members.• Ensure that all development adheres to ServiceNow development standards• Support and participate in client requirement workshops, working with product owner/stakeholders to configure/develop requested items and tasks• Troubleshoot and resolve any potential issues, and work with ServiceNow support team for resolution where needed• Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
