For our client in the technology solutions industry, we are looking for a Backend/Smart Contract Developer. Join our team and grow in a stable and interesting project!

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain cutting-edge Web3 applications and smart contracts for real world asset projectsImplement and optimize Internet Computer Protocol canisters (smart contracts) to facilitate smooth on-chain transactions and decentralised data storageParticipate from the early stage of conceptuation and design of applications to the implementation and production releaseCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, and product managers, to create seamless and responsive applicationsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Web3, blockchain, and full stack development, to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industryWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to established coding standardsParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow developers, to ensure high-quality code is delivered consistentlyTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve any issues, providing timely and effective solutionsContribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and techniques

Tools and General skills:Asymetric cryptography principlesBlockchain and smart contract paradigms git must be masteredGitlab organizational tools and workflowsUnit testing, code coverageCode documentation (rustdoc, JSdoc)

Nice to have:DevOps scripting experience (plus)Knowledge of the Dfinity platform and SDK (big plus)Docker mastering (big plus)NOTE: the client requires an obligatory visit to their HQ (Switzerland) once a month
