Position Overview:
As a Student Lead Generation Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients in the business-to-business (B2B) sector and effectively communicating the value proposition of our services to generate leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: ldentify and research potential clients within the target market.
Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone calls, or other communication channels.
Pitching: Present our services in a compelling manner, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to the prospect's needs
Qualifying Leads: Assess the suitability of prospects based on pre defined criteria and qualify them as potential leads
Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Documentation: Record all interactions and relevant information in the CRM system accurately.
Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on prospect responses and market insights
Requirements:
Currently enrolled as a student in a college or university program. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
Persistence and resilience in overcoming objections and rejection.
Basic understanding of sales principles and lead generation techniques is
a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
