About The Role -A ServiceNow Developer with GRC Specialty to support ServiceNow IRM and VRM module configuration and development. As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, enhance user experiences, and streamline GRC solutions. Responsibilities - Development, configuration, technical documentation, and unit testing.Adherence to ServiceNow code management practices, code quality, code standards, code review and promotion processes.Deliver code and configuration per requirements documented in user stories and participate in all Agile Sprint activities.End to end development and mentoring and coaching a team of software developers to create world-class technology products in ServiceNow.

Candidate Requirements - 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow required with Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.3-5 years of Experience with ServiceNow and the GRC – IRM, VRM in an enterprise production environment.Service now implementation experience of solutions (configuration and customization) for all components of the ServiceNow GRC product and Audit Management.Proficient in Java Script and ServiceNow Java script APIs.Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.A passion for advising and guiding customers on how to get the most out of the product and for learning the latest product features.Can create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, data policies, UI scripts.Can troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues.Can demonstrate a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously.Can work independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services.Exhibits punctual and attentive attendance at all project meetings including, requirements review and validation sessions, SCRUM ceremonies.Utilizes strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
