Senior Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer

Kuyua is on the lookout for a talented Senior Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer to join our innovative and dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable software solutions and has a knack for tackling technical challenges with creativity and efficiency.

What You'll Do:Design and Develop Scalable Solutions: You'll be at the forefront of designing and developing software solutions that are not only scalable but also of high quality. Your work will involve applying the "DRY" principle to ensure code reuse and minimize redundancy, thereby creating modular and reusable code components.Maintain Code Quality: Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications will be part of your daily responsibilities. You'll adhere to "Clean Code" practices, making your code clear, readable, and simple. Regular code reviews will be your tool to identify any potential bottlenecks, bugs, and areas for improvement.Continuous Improvement: You'll play a key role in the continuous enhancement of our development process. By identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements, you'll contribute to our culture of continuous learning and development. Embracing refactoring will be routine for you to enhance code quality and maintainability.

What We're Looking For:Experience: We require at least 3-4 years of professional experience in software development. A solid understanding of Microservices architecture and experience with Docker for developing and deploying containerized applications are essential.Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, as is the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a creative approach to overcoming challenges, are key. You should be able to work collaboratively, contributing to a positive work culture and mutual growth, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Proficiency in our stack and other technologies is valued but not as crucial as the ability to learn and adapt. Key technologies include Python, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, and familiarity with modern frontend libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Svelte). Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a plus.
