Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science 4-6 years of industry experience8 years in financial services or other organization with heavy use of strategy-based decision-making platformsA minimum of 5 years’ experience using two or more credit decision tools like Provenir, PowerCurve, IBM ODM, Drools, FICO Blaze, Zoot or other comparable decision enginesA minimum of three years of core programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python etc.) to implement integration logic and a strong fundamental understanding of data structures.Highly proficient in SQL Exposure to machine learning execution and related analytical toolsKnowledge of cloud deployment processes, and experience working in a mature DevOps environmentAnalytical, curious, open-minded, and passionate about exploring and solving problems.Familiar and comfortable with agile practices like stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical team membersStrong communications skills
