Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform development with a focus on HR service management. As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions to meet the HR service delivery needs of our organization.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Design and develop custom HR Services, HR workflows, Record Producers (Employee forms), and bi-directional integrations using ServiceNow HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events (Journeys) and other sub modules. Customize and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications to align with organizational processes and policies using best practice Notifications, Approval workflows. Develop and maintain ServiceNow HRSD-related scripts, script includes, business rules, UI policies, ACL's and other components to enhance system functionality and user experience. Implement ServiceNow HRSD best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization techniques. Configure Widgets and Customize ServiceNow Employee Center Portal Configure Reports & Dashboards using Performance Analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and support ongoing platform enhancements. Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow HRSD-related incidents, problems, and change requests. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry trends to continuously improve HR service delivery capabilities. Participate in testing, documentation, and training activities to ensure successful deployment and adoption of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer with a focus on HRSD implementations. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and customization. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center Portal. Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery best practices. Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
