Frontend Developer

We are hunting for an experienced and motivated Front End Developer to join a small start-up team, developing an innovative PropTech/ FinTech Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

As a Front End Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the user interface.

You’ll jump straight into the platform, working closely with the Co-Founders, Head of Design and Lead Developer to translate UI designs into interactive and visually appealing web platform user interfaces to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.

Responsibilities:User Interface Design: Implement web designs for seamless user experiences across devices.

Platform Web Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, React.js. Ensure that the platform is optimised for speed and performance.

Cross-Browser and Cross-Platform Compatibility: Test thoroughly for consistent functionality and appearance across browsers and devices.

Integration with Backend Services: Work closely with Lead Developer to integrate front-end components with server-side logic, ensuring seamless data flow and user interactions.

Collaborative Teamwork: Actively participate in meetings, code reviews, and contribute to platform development.

Technical Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for front-end development processes.

Performance Optimisation: Identify and resolve front-end performance bottlenecks to ensure smooth and efficient platform usage for customers.

Requirements:Proven experience as a Front End Developer or similar role.Serverless AWS environment experience (a must have!)React JS along with HTML, CSSRESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.Version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (Webpack, Babel).Agile environment (JIRA, Confluence, Figma).Attention to detail!
