As a Lead Android Developer, you will lead a talented team of 4 members, driving the design and implementation of innovative Android solutions. The ideal candidate should have exceptional proficiency in Kotlin, a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Android app development, and a proven track record of successful leadership.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Android app development. Extensive hands-on experience with Kotlin is required. Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring development teams. Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team-oriented environment. Strong English skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Android developers in designing and delivering high-quality mobile applications for the hospitality industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define project goals and translate them into technical requirements. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Architect and implement scalable and maintainable Android applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
