Software Developer Responsibilities:

· We are looking for someone to develop long lasting relationships with our client based and really get to grips with their requirements and how we can meet these.· The software that you develop must be completed according to our standards and guidelines· We are looking for a developer that can identify new technologies and methods to fix problems· You will be required to turn requirements and technical specifications into estimations ad change requests whilst adhering to service level agreements· Keep up to date with upcoming technology and frameworks that are relevant to the role.· Where necessary you will provide coaching and mentoring to more junior members of the team and get involved with code reviews· Support and maintain existing software as well as getting involved with greenfield projects

Software Developer Requirements:

· In depth experience developing WinForms applications using C# and VB.Net· Ability to debug large and complex projects· Good working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server· Commercial experience with OOP and related design patterns· Unit testing experience
