Systems Developer (NEC)

Role: NEC Systems Developer Location: Remote Salary: From £34,500

Burman Solutions are partnering with a Local Authority who are seeking a seasoned Senior Systems Development Officer to play a pivotal role in advancing the transformation of their Housing service.

Your primary responsibility will involve spearheading the development of the NEC Housing software within the department, making your expertise in system development essential. Alongside this, you will contribute to business analysis, performance monitoring, and the provision of necessary training to uphold service excellence.

You will actively participate in implementing enhancements, including SMS texting and online repairs, and address bug fixes. We are seeking an individual with a strong customer and system focus, coupled with a proven track record in project and team management.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

Experience in utilizing and developing the Northgate Housing Management software system or a similar software system.

Proficiency in maintaining and implementing both new and existing IT systems and business processes, from inception to going live.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently, ensuring proper documentation and effective activity management to meet agreed deadlines.
