Job Title: Senior Full Stack React / C# .Net DeveloperDuration: 3+ months

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack React/C# .Net Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both front-end and back-end development technologies, with a focus on React for the front end and C# .Net for the backend. This individual will collaborate closely with our customer's team, taking direction from their IT manager while also contributing independently to various projects.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using React for the front end and C# .Net for the backend.Collaborate with the customer's team to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.Work on multiple parallel projects, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.Integrate with an established development team, contributing expertise and insights to collective problem-solving efforts.Develop RESTful APIs for client applications, ensuring seamless communication between the front end and back end.Utilize asynchronous coding, dependency injection, generics, multi-threading, event-driven patterns, microservices, and oAuth to optimize application performance and functionality.Demonstrate proficiency in Front End React Development skills or similar frameworks such as NextJS, Node, Vue, or Angular.Strong experience with MS SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and management.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces and enhance overall user experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on React and C# .Net technologies.Strong understanding of software development best practices, including design patterns, code refactoring, and testing methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing feedback in a timely manner.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
