The ServiceNow Developer/Analyst Lead is responsible for supporting ManTech’s ServiceNow environment. Work as part of a team gathering system requirements and creating solutions to meet customer needs on the ServiceNow platform. Grow your skill set through communicating with users, learning delivered ServiceNow functionality, developing and testing solutions.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Provide technical mentorship to the development team to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow development and projectsEngage directly with stakeholders to gather necessary requirements and provide product demonstrations as neededParticipate and contribute to sprint planning and sprint review meetings and other Agile CeremoniesImplement ServiceNow design solutions including system integrations and data analyticsBuild ServiceNow Solutions, Workflows, and automationsExperienced working with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB or other ServiceNow modulesConfigure software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development schedules for stakeholderAdhere to product build and release schedules and strategiesTest and debug complex software components and units. Develop product documentation as neededPerform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementation, offering recommendations for improvements. Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutionsAttend on-going training sessions to achieve a higher level of functional and technical skill
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 7 or more years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Architecture. Additional equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) requiredProven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrationsExperience with SecOps, IRM (GRC), SPM (ITBM), ITOM and/or ITSM modulesEffective team player and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languagesUnderstanding of SDLC and iterative development best practiceExperience working in an Agile Scrum team and promoting Agile Scrum principles/ practicesAbility to design and build technical solutions using applicable technologies; ability to demonstrate exceptional configuration/coding skills and development disciplineExceptional problem solving, and analytical skillsOrganized and methodical in development approachExperience working within large cross-functional teams. Must have excellent communications and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet goals and deadlinesExceptional time management and organizational skillsThe successful candidate must be able to work remotely and be able to travel occasionally as neededUS Citizen and must be eligible to obtain a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printerThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The projected compensation range for this position is $111,400-$185,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
