Position Overview:As a Software Developer in our Research and Development team, you'll be instrumental in designing, constructing, and maintaining advanced contact center applications and services. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing software using .NET/C# and related technologies.Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and implement software projects.Engage in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment.Utilize agile methodologies and modern tools for high-quality software delivery.Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.5+ years of professional .NET/C# development experience.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.Proficiency in Angular, VB.NET, SQL, ASP/MVC, or C/C++ is advantageous.Experience with agile methodologies and modern development tools.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.U.S. Citizenship required.
