About the Role:

Xaana.Ai is seeking an innovative Software Developer to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to the development and implementation of AI-powered ERP applications. This role is for a professional skilled in Python and Django, with a robust background in both front-end and back-end development frameworks. Your responsibilities will extend across the development lifecycle, from building scalable web-based ERP applications to ensuring their performance and security align with the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

AI-Powered ERP Application Development: Utilize Python, Django, and other relevant frameworks to build, optimize, and maintain web-based ERP applications. AWS stack experience preferred.Database Management: Design and manage both SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure robust, scalable data handling and storage solutions.Front-End Development: Enhance user interfaces and functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React.js or Angular.js.Back-End Development: Develop server-side logic in Python to ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.API Design and Integration: Develop scalable and secure APIs to facilitate seamless integration with various internal and external systems.Testing and Debugging: Implement comprehensive testing and debugging procedures to ensure application reliability throughout the development cycle.Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance application performance both during and after development phases.Security Practices: Uphold best security practices and implement effective data protection mechanisms.Collaboration and Communication: Engage actively with developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to align on project goals and ensure effective communication.Documentation: Produce detailed documentation of code, methodologies, and processes for efficient future reference and maintenance.Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to continually refine and improve development processes.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience: At least 5 years of proven experience as a software developer, preferably in high-paced environmentsTechnical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Python, preferably with experience in Django framework, and familiar with backend technologiesFront-End Skills: Comprehensive understanding of JavaScript, including frameworks like React and Redux, and modern front-end development techniquesAPIs and Web Services: Proficient in developing and utilizing RESTful APIs and web servicesDatabase Skills: Experience with database management using SQL, MySQL, and ORM frameworks like HibernateDevelopment Methodologies: Well-versed in Agile development practicesTest-Driven Development: Skilled in software design and development within a test-driven environmentCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effective collaboration in a team setting.
