Essential Skills and Experience Requirement:3+ years of experience on Marketo (Marketing Activities, Database Studio, RCE and Design Studio)Deep expertise in utilizing Marketo marketing automation platform to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, webinars, and events.Proficiency in building and managing automated nurture programs within Marketo to guide leads through the buyer's journey and drive conversion.Strong understanding of program optimization techniques, such as A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content, to maximize engagement and conversion rates.Experience in utilizing Marketo's lead scoring and grading capabilities to identify and prioritize high-value leads for sales follow-up.Knowledge of Marketo's integration capabilities with other marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), event/webinar management platforms (e.g., ON24, Cvent) to streamline campaign workflows and data synchronization.Ability to create and implement lead routing and lead lifecycle management processes using Marketo to ensure smooth handoffs between marketing and sales teams.Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the Marketo platform, including data syncing, email deliverability, and marketing automation workflows.Proficient in measuring and analyzing campaign performance using Marketo's reporting and analytics features, with a focus on key metrics like conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI.Familiarity with Marketo's advanced features, such as progressive profiling, dynamic form fields, and triggered campaigns, to enhance lead capture and engagement.Should have the knowledge of building journeys/flowsAbility to analyze the campaign requirements and suggest the type of smart campaigns & flow to be usedNeeds to understand the database structure in order to come up with exception handling for dynamic content campaignsAdvanced working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, Media QueryExperience in using Velocity scripting2-3 years of responsive HTML coding experienceShould have the knowledge of building block based designs using content builderAbility to work in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environmentShould have excellent communication skills and be able to interface directly with clients and higher management.
