Senior Front End React developer

We are searching for an experienced Senior frontend (React) developer to join our team in the creation of a core banking system.REQUIREMENTSWe are looking for a React developer who has:At least 4+ years of experience developing high-load scalable applications;Experience with fintech projects (banking, credit cards) — MUST;Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ReactJS, and Next.js;Knowledge of Redux;Proficient with code versioning tools including GitLab, Bitbucket;Previous experience creating scalable applications;Knowledge of Architecture and Design patterns;Experience in delivering good testing practices;Excellent communication and presentation skills;Outstanding attention to detail;Advanced English level;An empathetic mindset with excellent listening skills;An ability to focus on what counts, creating simple solutions to deliver fast results;A passion for learning and a desire for self-improvement.Would be a plus:Experience working with financial institutions or in the fintech industry;Knowledge of TypeScript, and unit testing, especially with Jest and React testing library.RESPONSIBILITIESAs a React Developer, you will:Match the best suitable frameworks and tools for the designed architecture;Constantly add value to the team\’s experience by writing readable, testable and efficient code;Be able to conduct research, document your solutions, structure, and document previously existing code written by others;Be product-minded and ready to improve and propose new changes;Maintain and develop engineering culture within the product implementation team.ABOUT PROJECTDescriptionA regulated Payments Institution specializing in Acquiring, Issuing and Mobile Payments with a license granted by the Central Bank of Cyprus.
