My client is the leading entertainment marketing platform that connects people with their favorite content. They are striving to become the world’s largest movie and TV show streaming guide. They are looking for a motivated Frontend Developer with a hands-on mentality to support us in reaching this goal.

Their StackThey are working with Nodejs / Vue.js / Capacitor / Typescript / GraphQL stack for both their web and mobile apps - while their micro-service backend architecture is written in Go and runs on Kubernetes.

Their web app is SSR that requires more care and love than a normal SPA. Knowledge of best practices for core web vitals is also a big plus. They developed their TV app with React Native. They are currently migrating our Mobile app to React Native which means Ionic and Capacitor will soon be gone.

Your role:You will work on building A/B tests, developing features, increasing the observability of the website and creating landing pagesYou will support team in concepting, prototyping and developing new features, iterating on existing ones, all while constantly improving the existing codebase to ensure high maintainability and extensibilityYou will work on the general friendliness of our website, improve the user experience and optimize the user journey

In addition, for this particular role they are looking for:Solid knowledge of 4+ years in Frontend engineering, ideally in the context of a high-traffic website with a substantial user baseExperience with a modern JS framework and prior work with TypeScript and Vue.js beforeSomeone with a side project/startup (failed or successful) or entrepreneurial spiritAbility to work in a cross-functional team, closely collaborating with other Frontend Developers, Backend Developers & Product ManagersFluent English
