Job Description:

As a Game Developer Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our projects' success, ensuring they meet deadlines, exceed expectations, and most importantly, generate revenue. While initially an unpaid position, your dedication and expertise will be rewarded with a share of the profits once revenue starts rolling in.

Responsibilities:

Lead weekly meetings with project teams to keep projects on track and strategize revenue generation.Coordinate tasks and deadlines, ensuring each project stays within its timeline.Collaborate with project managers to streamline communication and maximize productivity.Utilize your expertise in Unity and GitHub to oversee development processes and resolve technical challenges.Provide support to the 3D artist team when needed, leveraging your knowledge of Maya or other artistic tools.Assist the UI/UX team, utilizing tools like Figma to optimize user experiences.Be proactive in researching and implementing monetization strategies to maximize revenue potential.Maintain excellent communication with team members, addressing questions and concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Unity and GitHub, with a deep understanding of game development processes.Experience in project management, with a focus on meeting deadlines and driving revenue.Advanced skills in Maya or similar 3D modeling software, and familiarity with UI design tools like Figma.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, always seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work well in a team, fostering collaboration and unity among team members.
