Who You Are We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing our continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure, and collaborating closely with development and operations teams to streamline our software delivery process. What You’ll Do Participate in the design and implementation of automated solutions for building and deploying developed software to production and non-production environments. Participate in the design of hosting solutions for deployed software focusing on availability and scalability. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar. Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef. Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security. Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot build and deployment issues. Implement and maintain containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Develop and maintain scripts for automation of repetitive tasks. Participate in on-call rotations for incident response and resolution. Assist with guiding development teams on best practices pertaining to achieving DevOps goals. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in DevOps and cloud infrastructure. What You’ll Need A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a DevOps role, with exposure to designing and implementing automated software delivery pipelines focusing on continuous integration and deployment (i.e., Azure DevOps). Exceptional problem solving, and analytical skills required for delivering solutions within deadlines. Proficiency in version control and code documentation (i.e., Git, SVN) Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures Strong understanding of cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure. Experience in designing and deploying applications in cloud environments. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (i.e., PowerShell, YAML, C#, Bicep, Python) Familiarity with containerization technologies (i.e., Docker, Kubernetes) and their use in achieving scalable and portable software deployments.
