Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer with a strong full-stack background to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and maintenance of web-based applications tailored for internal users within our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while collaborating with a team of passionate professionals.

Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web-based applications for internal users, with a focus on both frontend and backend development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Implement frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, ensuring a responsive and intuitive user interface. Develop backend services and APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Java, to support frontend functionality and enable seamless data exchange. Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions accordingly.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack web development. - Strong proficiency in frontend development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries such as React.js. Solid understanding of backend development concepts and experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java. Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the stack. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with tools such as Git, Jira, or similar. A passion for learning and continuous improvement, with a proactive mindset towards exploring new technologies and best practices.
