Back End Developer

Job Title: Software EngineerLocation: PAN India - Remote

Key Responsibilities:Drive the hands-on development and architecture of next-generation enterprise solutions Lead the planning, development, and deployment of software applications while ensuring compliance with software standards.Define and execute the technical vision, influencing product roadmap and strategy.Architect and implement large-scale, complex projects with cross-functional teams.Oversee the discovery phase of major projects, developing high-level design concepts.Supervise and mentor cross-functional groups of engineers, including offshore team members.Conduct root cause analysis of critical business and production issues.Document testing, maintenance activities, and enhancements to applications.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.7+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce software development.Extensive programming experience architecting highly scalable and performing web applications.Proficiency (5+ years) with Open Source technologies.Proven track record (4+ years) in developing/architecting high-transaction, high-throughput systems.Experience (2+ years) integrating third-party solutions within existing architectures.Strong familiarity (2+ years) with agile methodologies in distributed team models.
