Role Overview:

Innovorg is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Front-end developer to join our Product Development team. The person will be responsible for building & maintaining the 'client-side' of our web applications by translating our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

Even though the position is fully remote, we prefer the candidates located in Western Europe due to their proximity to our Product Development staff. We also are looking for candidates who have some experience working in a startup environment. Key Responsibilities:

Producing and maintaining web application user interfaces. Ensuring web applications are optimized for mobile devices.Improving and maintaining an existing codebaseOptimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, performance, speed, and scalability.Maintaining brand consistency across all products' web pages.Building clean, well-structured, maintainable, and reusable code for future use.Testing the web applications for usability, troubleshooting, and fixing bugs following the defined QA and testing practices and processes.Collaborating with the back-end developers and other team members to improve usability and produce high-quality applications.Helping back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting when needed.Finding a balance between functional/user experience and aesthetic/web design Mentoring and guiding junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices. Requirements:

Proven work experience (5+ years) as a Senior Front-end developer (React/Typescript)Proficiency in React, Typescript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, MVC, modern front-end frameworks, and libraries.Experience with responsive and adaptive design.Familiarity with browser testing and debuggingIn-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)Good experience working with developers' tools (Git, GitHub, etc.) An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving high-quality results.Being up to date with current trends and emerging technologies.Experience with graphic design applications such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, etc. (Nice to have)
