Sr. Java Backend Developer-W2/1099 only

This is an urgent requirement.

Need a Sr. Java backend candidate.Rate - please negotiate depending on their overall skill/expRemote is fine, but please communicate that they may ask once a month to visit client site (DC Metro area). Good to be ready. See the managers notes below, and keep in mind, Rasa technology is too specific, so just check with the candidates if they have IAM related exp. If they have had some IAM exp in the past, that is good. But the main priority is Chatbot.

Note from manager “We are looking for someone who has experience building, deploying and supporting chatbots.

The client’s chatbot is built using Rasa technology, with coding in Python. Client will be supplying the data scientists who will provide the conversation models so we just have to concentrate on the architecture and deployment, not the modeling. Also, Rasa is probably too specific to make a hard requirement for the position as we are calling it a “desired” skill but not required, with the idea that someone with hands-on chatbot experience should be able to pick up the Rasa framework easily enough.”
