Position Overview: Cogency Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Flexcube Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and expertise in Oracle Flexcube, a leading core banking solution. As a Flexcube SME, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance, support, and solutions to our clients leveraging the Flexcube platform.

Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for all Flexcube-related inquiries, issues, and projects.Provide expert guidance and support in the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle Flexcube core banking solution.Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives, translating them into effective Flexcube solutions.Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and existing systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.Lead and participate in all phases of Flexcube projects, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and client staff on Flexcube best practices and methodologies.Stay updated with the latest releases, features, and enhancements in Oracle Flexcube, ensuring knowledge transfer and adoption within the organization.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Oracle Flexcube in a hands-on capacity, preferably in a consulting or financial services environment.In-depth knowledge of core banking principles and processes, with a strong understanding of Flexcube architecture and functionality.Proficiency in Flexcube configuration, customization, and scripting languages (e.g., PL/SQL).Experience in leading Flexcube implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and system integration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend effective solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Relevant certifications in Oracle Flexcube or related technologies are a plus.
