Job Description:Spruce InfoTech, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced React.js Lead Developer to join our team. This position offers a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity with our esteemed MNC client, with locations available in Pune and Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 8 or more years' experience in React.js development.

Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of React.js developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems and components.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure the stability and reliability of applications.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in React.js and front-end development.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and practices.Coordinate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver features and enhancements.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide project updates and status reports.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on front-end development using React.js.Proven experience of leading and mentoring development teams.Strong understanding of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.Proficiency in modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
