Appian developer (Remote)

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appian Developer Lead to join our remote team. As an Appian Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Appian-based solutions to meet our business requirements. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the IST time zone.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of Appian applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth functioning of applications.Implement automation and integration solutions using Appian.Stay updated with the latest Appian features and functionalities and propose innovative solutions.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within the specified timeline and budget.Provide regular updates on project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.4-10 years of experience in Appian development.Strong proficiency in designing and developing Appian applications.Experience in Appian process modeling, design patterns, and data structures.Hands-on experience with Appian plug-ins, integrations, and web services.Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:Appian certification(s) is a plus.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
